MAXIMUM LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
4. Food Safety and Responsibility
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
- Proper food storage, handling, and preparation
- Cooking foods to safe internal temperatures
- Following all applicable food safety guidelines
- Checking for allergies and dietary restrictions before consumption
- Using products before expiration dates
No Liability for Improper Use: We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or adverse effects resulting from improper food preparation, storage, handling, or consumption of foods prepared with our products.
5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

9. Orders, Samples, and Offers
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline or cancel orders and sample requests, limit quantities, or restrict eligibility, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of an offer.
Samples, whether free or paid, are limited to one per shipping address unless otherwise stated. Samples and promotional offers are subject to availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue an offer or its eligibility requirements at any time.
10. Return and Replacement Policy
NO RETURNS:
All Sales Are Final: Except as required by applicable law, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products. All purchases are considered final once the order has been placed and processed.
Damaged Products: If your product arrives broken or damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery by sending photographic evidence of the damage to ponle@carnesazo.com. Photos must clearly show the damage to the product and/or packaging.
Replacement Eligibility: Replacements for damaged products are provided solely at Carnesazo's discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny any replacement request based on our review of the submitted evidence. Claims submitted after the 5-day window will not be considered.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
